

Hosted by İzmir Development Agency, İZKA, the conference will focus on the future trends in HVAC&R Sector. The event aims to be an incubation environment for collaboration opportunities across regions as well as a platform where manufacturers and end users discuss their future visions face to face.
The Conference will be a mechanism to create Europe-wide dialogue among the sector representative civil society; business organizations, academicians, businessmen. The conference will be followed by a B2B event between Turkish and Italian HVAC&R companies, in order to launch sustainable business networks.
The Conference is an important activity of “Adding Value To the Future Project” which is financed by Turkey & EU Civil Society Dialogue Programme IV and coordinated by İzmir Development Agency. The co-applicants of the project are Lamoro Development Agency, ATF from Italy and ESSİAD from Turkey. One of the objectives of the project is to develop a new methodology for value chain analysis and to conduct industry-wide value chain analysis of HVAC&R sector in İzmir and in Piedmont regions. At this Conference, the new industry-wide VCA methodology will be introduced, the results of the two VCA’s will be shared and a discussion on the findings of the VCAs and the sector’s future will be encouraged.
