Serkan VALANDOVA

Serkan Valandova is the head of Regional Competitiveness Department of Ministry of Development of Turkey. He has been working in the field of industrial and enterprise policy analysis and development since, 1998 with expertise on clustering, industrial planning, competitiveness, regional innovation, investment promotion and state aids.  He holds an MPP from the University of Chicago and BS in Civil Engineering from the Middle East Technical University.
